Terms of service

These terms apply to products and services provided by Opcelerate Neural Inc., including AI consulting, training, automation, software setup, websites, CRM, SEO support, AI agents, and related digital services.

By purchasing, booking, or using an Opcelerate Neural product or service, the client agrees to provide accurate information, timely access, required credentials, content, approvals, and decisions needed to complete the work. Delays in client access or approvals can change timelines.

Products listed in this store are base services, discovery offers, training sessions, setup packages, or starting points for scoped process work. Custom implementation, integration, training, support, and ongoing operations may require a separate written estimate, statement of work, or agreement.

AI outputs, automation recommendations, search visibility recommendations, grant/tender findings, and strategy materials are decision-support tools only. Clients remain responsible for business, legal, financial, operational, and compliance decisions.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fixed-scope work may require a deposit before work begins and the remaining balance before final handoff or launch. Monthly packages are billed at the start of the month and cover the agreed active scope, priority list, and support rhythm.

Outside costs such as hardware, hosting, domains, paid APIs, software subscriptions, app-store fees, and third-party tools are billed separately.

Clients may not reverse engineer, resell, misuse, or access Opcelerate Neural systems in a way that disrupts service, violates law, or infringes third-party rights.

Client data is used only as needed to provide the requested services unless the client gives separate permission. Opcelerate Neural's privacy practices are described in the store privacy policy and at https://opcelerateneural.ca/privacy-policy.html.

Opcelerate Neural does not guarantee search rankings, grant awards, tender wins, revenue growth, savings, platform approvals, or third-party outcomes.
