Return and refund policy

Opcelerate Neural Inc. sells digital services, consulting, AI training, automation setup, software configuration, and related service packages. Most work is custom scoped and begins after discovery, written estimate, or client approval.

Free products such as the Free AI Opportunity Scan are provided at no cost and do not create a paid refund obligation.

For fixed-scope service work, deposits and prepaid fees are used to reserve time, prepare materials, and begin delivery. Fees for completed work, strategy, discovery, configuration, training, custom code, digital deliverables, and third-party costs are non-refundable once work has started.

If a client cancels before work begins, Opcelerate Neural may refund unused prepaid amounts minus any payment processing fees, third-party costs, and time already spent preparing the engagement.

For monthly or ongoing services, cancellation stops future work after the current billing period unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Monthly fees already paid are not refundable for work periods that have started.

Hardware, hosting, domains, paid APIs, software subscriptions, app-store fees, and other third-party costs are billed separately and are subject to the third party's own refund rules.

Opcelerate Neural does not guarantee search rankings, grant awards, tender wins, revenue growth, savings, or third-party approvals.
