Shipping policy

Opcelerate Neural Inc. primarily sells digital services, consulting, AI training, automation setup, software configuration, websites, CRM, SEO support, and related service packages. These products are normally delivered electronically by email, video call, shared documents, online workspace, website deployment, software access, or other digital handoff.

No physical shipping is required for most purchases. If a service includes hardware, a computer, printed material, or another physical item, shipping, pickup, delivery timing, carrier choice, insurance, duties, taxes, and related costs will be confirmed separately before fulfillment.

Third-party hardware, domains, hosting, paid software, APIs, app subscriptions, and other outside costs are not included unless specifically stated in the order or written estimate.
